Haul: Ciate

Ciate are one of my favourite brands of nail polish. Everything about their polishes is great; the huge selection of colours, the wide brush for easy application, the curved bottle which is easy to hold and last but not least, the formula which is easy to apply and quick to dry. So, when Vente Privee held a flash sale of Ciate products with amazing discounts of more than 50%, I couldn't resist ordering a few things I had been wanting for a while.

Review: Eyeko Blue Velvet Eyelash Curler

Curling your eyelashes is one of the easiest and most effective ways of opening up your eyes and making your lovely lashes look longer, so when I heard the Eyeko Blue Velvet Eyelash Curler was free with this month's InStyle magazine I went straight to the nearest shop to get my hands on these little beauties.

On Holiday - Cute Finds

Right now, I'm on holiday! My family and I are staying in Cornwall for the week, spending our time relaxing on the beaches, in the lovely countryside and wandering around cute villages which look like they belong on postcards.

I don't have much time to write because there is so much to do here, so this is just a short post to show you a few of the pretty things I've bought whilst I've been on holiday.

Review: April Love Me Beauty

It is safe to say, I am now well and truly addicted to beauty subscription boxes. Love Me Beauty is a particular favourite of mine due to the selections of menus available to choose from. This month's box contains a nice mix of great products.

Review: April Glossybox "Sweet Treats" Box

As it is Easter this month, this box's theme is "Sweet Treats". And lovely little treats they are indeed...

I recently reached 50 followers on Bloglovin, so to celebrate and say thank you to all of you lovely people who are following me, I am holding a giveaway of my favourite nail polishes! (If I had enough money I would send one to each of you ♥ but I'm a poor student so only one lucky person will win this prize)

Haul: The Body Shop

Last weekend there was a 40% off sale at Body Shop, so I thought I would buy a few old favourites and a few I hadn't tried before. As you can tell from the three I purchased, I really like their body butters...

Review: You Beauty Discovery - Benefit Limited Edition Box

You Beauty Discovery are currently offering a Benefit themed beauty box containing trial sizes of essential Benefit products. I have only tried a couple of Benefit products and I have loved them, so naturally I ordered this box straightaway.

For £14.95 I received They're Real Mascara, POREfessional primer, BeneTint, It's Potent Eye Cream, Triple Performing Facial Emulsion and a sachet of their new Big Easy BB cream.

First impressions: Benefit is a really fun brand and this is very evident in the design of the packaging and the product names.

Attingham Park

My family have bought National Trust membership for a few years now, which means I've visited lots of amazing, dazzling and majestic houses and gardens. On Sunday we went to Attingham Park, an 18th country house and estate, including woodlands and a deer park, in Shropshire. I had a lovely day spending time with my family wandering around the park, especially since spring has finally arrived and the sun was shining all day. I thought I'd share a few pictures of my day with you, so if you're interested please click below to read more.

Review: April You Beauty Discovery Box

You Beauty Discovery is a beauty box I has never seen reviewed before, I didn't know it existed until I saw a post on the Benefit Facebook page about their collaboration on a limited edition box of Benefit beauty samples. (Yep, I've ordered that too and I can't wait for it to arrive!)

Today I bought a pack of different types of glitter which were just so pretty that I had to try them all out straightaway...

Fairytale Tag

Hello beautiful princesses and charming princes,

I saw this tag on Lipstick Daisies and thought it was one of the cutest tags I've seen. I have been a huge fan of fairy tales for as long as I can remember, my Mum had big books of hundreds of traditional fairytales that she read when she was young and later read to me. Since then I've probably read those stories hundreds of times, so even though I've already done a couple of "about me" style tags I couldn't resist this one. If you do the tag too, be sure to post the link in the comments below!

NOTD: Pink Glitter

Today my nails are very girly, they involve various shades of pink, flowers and glitter.

I caught up with a few friends today over a nice pub lunch. It was quite a spur of the moment decision, so I ended up finishing my nails and applying the glitter in my friend's car while she was driving us there!

Review: Helen E - Beauty Cube Blue Eyes

I recently purchased the Helen E Beauty Cube - Blue Eyes. Each beauty cube contains a selection of products chosen to create awesome looks. I chose the blue eyes cube because I like to wear blue to highlight the colour of my blue eyes. (Have I said "blue" too many times yet?)

Mother's Day

I had a lovely day with my mum on Mother's Day. I spend a lot of time with my mum most days and we are really close, but it is still nice to have a whole day with her (and my dad and younger brother too) just relaxing and having fun.

NOTD: Newspaper Nails

I like the idea of using newspaper to print words on nails but I find the usual white background a bit boring, so I chose to use a pale blue and a pale peach as the base.
